If you have a teacher account but have forgotten the password, you can reset the password using the following steps.
- Try to login to your account as normal in the Flashnote Derby app. Use your teacher username but you can supply any random password.
- A message will popup informing you that your password was incorrect and will allow you to reset your password. Select that option.
- You will receive an email to the address you used when setting up your account. It will contain a link you can follow which will allow you to change the password for your account.
- Once you have reset your password, you can try logging into your account again in the Flashnote Derby app.
